Idaho Potato Cook Book (Second Edition)

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

Our first cookbook was such a smashing success, that we were overwhelmed with requests for a follow-up edition. So here it is, after more than three years in the making!  Members of the NFBI gathered and tried the recipes; then designed and produced this cookbook.

This cookbook is great for a gift, for a new cook, for new ideas about cooking potatoes, and for interesting information about potatoes and blindness.

Recipes include mouth watering delights such as potato breads, desserts, salads, soups, snacks, breakfasts, main dishes, and even foreign foods.  Since potatoes can be used in almost any kind of dish, this cookbook covers all the bases.   It includes both basic information and the fancy approaches.

In the large print copies, there is space for the cook to write his/her own notes about recipes, shopping, utensils, etc.

BUY IT!  YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Besides that you will be supporting the organization of the blind that does the most for the blind in this state.

The Idaho Potato Cookbook is available in either large print or Braille at a cost of $15 per copy.
